In 2008, the Packaging Campaign is getting bigger and
bolder than ever before.
Here are a few things
we plan to do this year...
With your help and
the help of everyone you know, let's make 2008 the most successful year yet by changing the way
fast food companies do business.

2008, let's make it happen:
- Generate increasing pressure on
International Paper, the industry leader in Southern forest destruction.
- Leverage greater change within
the Office Supply industry creating greater protection for endangered
forests in the South and around the world.
- Bring together progressive
customer and paper companies to craft real and lasting protections for
Southern forests.
- Launch a hard-hitting campaign
to dramatically overhaul the fast food industry and its pernicious
packaging waste.
- Shine a bright light on the
Southern Swampland region highlighting what a biological jewel it is and
how it is being laid to waste to make paper packaging.
- Work with some of the world’s
largest Fortune 500 companies to dramatically change their use and abuse
of paper packaging originating from Southern forests.
- Grow our online community to
include your friends and family their friends and their friends and their
friends…
- Develop innovative solutions to
the Global Climate Crisis that highlight the role of Southern forests in
addressing this global catastrophe.
- Take head on some of the most
pressing issues facing the people and environment in the Southern
US.
Onwards to 2008!
