There’s Nothing Funny About Climate Change is a live comedy tour across the Southeast to make you laugh while also sharing how the earth needs our help. Each tour stop will be an evening of stand-up comedy with a little bit of environmental justice mixed in.

Hattie’s Tap and Tavern is a dog-friendly neighborhood pub right between the neighborhoods of Plaza Midwood & NoDa. This is your tavern for craft beer & cocktails, pool, karaoke, a covered patio with bar games. Hattie’s sports a massive variety of craft beer, whiskey, and a great laid-back atmosphere.

    ​​Hilliary Begley’s Southern charm and sass make for an unforgettable night of storytelling. From tales of her religious upbringing to those of adulthood, Hilliary will share her life story with you one laugh at a time. She made her film debut in the Netflix original Dumplin’ as Aunt Lucy, or “Jennifer Anniston’s fat sister,” as Hilliary explains it. She can also be seen in the Austin Film Festival winning movie When We Last Spoke with Cloris Leachman, now streaming on Amazon Prime.

  • Comedian – Petey Smith-McDowell

    Asheville native Petey Smith-McDowell has been traveling around the country telling jokes since 2009. He has opened up for Hannibal Buress, Trevor Noah, and Rory Scovel just to name a few. He’s also a writer and a producer for Disclaimer Stand-Up Lounge and Asheville Comedy.

  • Comedian – Robert Brian Schneider

    Robert hosts an open mic comedy show in Durham and has performed all over North Carolina. He has hosted for Mark Curry and John Henton at Raleigh Improv.

  • Comedian – Grace Hauth

    Grace Hauth was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She enjoys making fun of herself and talks about the hijinx of being the child of South Korean immigrants. Grace won the award for “Most Laughs” in the Comedy Zone Championship Battle in 2018. She can be seen performing in shows and competitions all over North and South Carolina.

  • Host – Art Sturtevant

    Art Sturtevant is a smart, funny, Asheville-based comic with the interests of a 20-year old and the body of a middle-age man. His observations on pop culture, being a father, and how you can change so much and so little over the span of decades have cracked up audiences all over the East Coast. Art has performed at Laughing Skull, Comedy Zones, Side Splitters, The Laugh Your Asheville Off Comedy Festival, and –back in the day–NYC’s Comedy Cellar, Catch a Rising Star, Sweeps, and Triple Inn.
