As the organization’s first dedicated HR role, the Director of People and Culture is tasked with developing and implementing a vision for Dogwood Alliance’s human resources program. The Director will build upon existing HR infrastructure to create people-centered processes for recruitment and onboarding, professional development, staff retention, HR administration, and advancing workplace culture. North Carolina Campaign Manager
The North Carolina Campaign Manager will be responsible for aiding in developing and implementing our North Carolina campaign strategy, supporting political research, leading negotiations with policymakers, communicating through traditional and digital channels with key audiences, coordinating with allies, and helping to design creative high-impact actions. This position will be expected to develop creative campaign strategies, guide political and organizing engagement, serve as a spokesperson for media and other campaign inquiries, and draft communications about the campaign.
